Supplementing to Aid in Prevention of Coronavirus

This blog post is taken from facts stated by Dr. Leo Galland in this article, https://www.fox10phoenix.com/news/doctor-offers-coronavirus-protection-advice

Here are the take-aways from this article as I understand it. I am purposely leaving out the dosages of the supplements because I want you to read the above article and discuss it with your own doctor if appropriate. If you are already sick with the virus, have underlying medical conditions, or are immune-compromised in any way, seek medical advice before trying any of this.

1. For ACE-2 Enhancement, regular aerobic exercise and a plant-based whole foods diet are recommended. Foods to eat: red grapes, add spices to cooking like rosemary, oregano, and turmeric. Supplement with Panax, alpha-lipoic acid, liposomal curcumin.

2. For mTOR inhibition, take Resveratrol and Quercetin.

3. For inhibition of 3CL Protease, take Elderberry, Houttuynia cordata, and ground flaxseed. ***Dr. Galland says if you have been sick for 3-4 days and have been taking Elderberry, to stop taking it.

4. To enhance innate immunity, take Vitamin D3, lactobacillus plantarum, beta-glucan, galactooligosaccharides, and/or arabinogalactan powder. Turkey tail mushroom is also recommended.

Of course: wash your hands, practice social distancing and wipe down surfaces of things you use every day (phones, eyeglasses, etc.)

This is my advice and was not found in the article. Above all else, be at peace. Here are some great verses for you to take to heart today:

Matthew 10: 29-31 "Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground apart from the will of your Father. And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. So don't be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows."

Isaiah 26:3 "You keep us in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts You."

Philippians 4:7 "And the peace of God which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Be safe and God bless!

Renee
